Our Accociation of Family Practices all accross Rhode Island offers complete office-based primary care services at very low cost. For a low monthly membership fee, usually $25 or $30, you get:

• Your own doctor with whom to develop a trusting relationship.
• Complete office based primary care* .
• A very low office visit fee, usually $5 or $10 per visit.

(*Complete primary care includes: complete physical exams, well child care, routine women's care, same day sick visits, management of chronic medical conditions, immunizations, office based procedures, and 24/7 access to an on call physician for emergencies after hours.).
